Tasks

• Support in the care and nurturing of children in various social institutions
• Supporting children in everyday activities and promotional measures
• Help with organizing leisure activities 
• Support in creating and documenting individual support plans
• Communication with parents, professionals, and other supporting institutions

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sozialassistentin (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kinderpfleger (m/w/d)
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with children
• Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience
