Im Auftrag von unserem Kunden aus der Region Frankfurt am Main  suchen wir genau Sie als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher (m/w/d) in Vollzeit- oder Teilzeit.

Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and supervision of educational activities for children and young people aged 1 to 12
• Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) 
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
