Tasks

• Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen in verschiedenen sozialen Einrichtungen
• Supporting clients in everyday activities and promotional measures
• Assistance with leisure activities and therapies
• Support in creating and documenting individual support plans
• Communication with relatives, professionals, and other supporting institutions

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sozialassistentin (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kinderpfleger (m/w/d)
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people
• Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience
