Tasks
- Notification of boxes ready for shipment to carriers
- Clarification of queries from carriers and customers
- Preparation of shipping notices
- Execution of posting transactions in the SAP system
- Applying for export documents at customs
- Handing over the complete shipping documents to the box dispenser
- Processing of dangerous goods shipments and preparation of the necessary transport documents for road, rail, air, and sea
- Processing of clarification cases and their solutions
- Participation in workshops for the further development of one's own and related fields of expertise
- Support in all upstream and downstream processes
- Optimization of work processes
- Ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, taking into account all operational and legal requirements relating to occupational safety, environmental and quality management
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
- Professional experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Responsible, precise, and independent way of working
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
