Für unseren Kunden suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen engagierten Bürokaufmann / eine Bürokauffrau (m/w/d) im Raum Emsland. Die Einsatzorte befinden sich unter anderem in Lingen (Ems) und Sögel.

You will be employed directly by a successful company in the meat industry. The position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis. If you are an office administrator (m/f/d) looking for a structured commercial role, we will provide you with professional support throughout the entire application process.

Tasks

  • Organization and processing of administrative procedures
  • Recording and coordination of orders and deliveries
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and service providers
  • Support with invoicing and payment monitoring
  • Maintenance of master data and creation of evaluations

requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an office clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Initial experience in office or administrative work
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
