Tasks
- • Processing of claims and coordination of repair measures
- • Inspection and analysis of damage to buildings, facilities, or equipment
- • Organization and planning of repairs or maintenance in cooperation with tradespeople and external service providers
- • Documentation of claims and preparation of damage reports
- • Coordination and communication with customers, internal departments, and tradespeople
- • Ensuring the quality and proper execution of repairs
requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as a carpenter, electronics technician, painter, etc.) or similar qualification
- Experience in claims management or repair coordination is an advantage
- Technical understanding and the ability to assess repairs
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between tradespeople and office management
- Good written and spoken German
