Tasks
- Operating various CNC turning and milling machines
- Measuring and checking machined parts (should work very well, as it is extremely important)
- Logging initial acceptance tests
- Maintaining control cards
- Make minor corrections to the control system (good programming skills are not necessary, as external programming is used)
- On-time processing of orders
requirements
- Reading technical drawings
- Independent work according to drawings and high quality standards
- Completed training as an industrial or machining mechanic, comparable training, or many years of experience
- Crane license (as required by the professional associations in accordance with DGUV 52 and 309-003, DGUV 720)
- Knowledge of the Siemens 840 D control system is desirable.
- Safe handling of measuring equipment (quick-action dial indicator, Subito—also adjustment with the adjustment ring, caliper gauge, depth gauge, internal dial indicator)
- Physical strength (parts weigh between 15 and 18 kg each)
- 3-shift system: Early shift 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / Late shift 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. / Night shift 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
- Sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team
- Own car and driver's license, as public transportation connections are poor
