Job description

We are looking for you as a teacher (m/f/d) in temporary employment for a well-known customer in Glattbach.

Tasks

• Support and guidance for children in daycare or group settings, promotion of education, language, and social-emotional development
• Planning, implementation, and reflection on educational offerings as well as age-specific learning and play activities
• Collaboration with parents, teammates, and external specialists; regular documentation and observation of child development
• Compliance with hygiene standards, safety requirements, and legal framework conditions
• Participation in team meetings, training and continuing education, and actively contributing to an inclusive, appreciative work atmosphere

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or similar
• Experience working with children aged 3-6 years
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education, developmental psychology, and inclusive teaching methods
• Planning and documentation skills
• Empathy, patience, good observation skills, and clear communication with children, parents, and colleagues
