Tasks

• Accounts payable management: You are responsible for master data maintenance and all accounts payable accounting.
• Ongoing accounting: You will reliably record various business transactions and take care of accurate cash accounting.
• Account reconciliation: Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items are part of your daily business.
• Financial statement security: You actively support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• Reporting & Admin: You will create meaningful statistics and reports and take on general administrative tasks.

requirements

• Your foundation: You have successfully completed commercial training and have solid experience in accounting.
• Your IT skills: You are experienced in using the MS Office package (especially Excel) and confident in using ERP systems.
• Your approach to work: You are characterized by a high degree of integrity, reliability, and a detailed, structured approach to work.
