We are looking for you as a laboratory assistant (m/f/d) in food production for a well-known customer in the Arnstadt region.

Tasks

• Conducting chemical, physical, and sensory analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products
• Conducting microbiological tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products
• Conducting microbiological tests for operational hygiene
• Documentation and evaluation of the analysis results
• Reserve sample management and sample dispatch
• Conducting incoming goods and finished goods inspections

requirements

• Completed laboratory training or comparable qualification
• Proficient knowledge of food analysis
• Work experience in the food industry.
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Written and spoken German and English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
