Tasks
- Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with §6 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and monitoring them on an ongoing basis
- Advising employees at the site on all topics related to occupational safety
- Preparation of risk assessments in cooperation with managers
- Preparation of training materials, company-specific regulations, guidelines, instructions, and their ongoing monitoring
- Further development of the existing energy and environmental management system in accordance with DIN standards
- Organization and support of environmental and energy audits as well as various site inspections
requirements
- Completed technical vocational training and a degree in engineering, or alternatively further training at technician or master craftsman level.
- Completed training as an occupational safety specialist (§7 ASiG) and several years of professional experience
- Qualification as a fire safety officer desirable
- Experience in preparing risk assessments, safety concepts, and project plans
- Strong customer focus, decision-making ability, and a high level of consulting expertise
- Proactive approach, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Working full-time
- Communication only in German
