Tasks

• • Preparation of delivery documents in accordance with specifications
  • Requesting freight space from freight forwarders
  • Communication with freight forwarders and internal departments
  • Creation of export declarations in the ATLAS customs system
  • product maintenance
  • Correspondence with the customs office
  • Preparation and support for customs audits
  • Intra-trade statistics reports
  • Monitoring and tracking of shipments
  • Administrative shipping activities

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge and experience in customs law required
• Experience in logistics and transportation
• Confident manner and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of English 
• SAP R3 knowledge
