Job description

We are looking for a press brake operator (m/f/d) for our customer to operate a CNC bending machine.

Tasks

• Setting up the machine: Positioning and securing the steel, stainless steel, or aluminum plates in the CNC bending machine.
• Monitoring the bending process: Starting and monitoring the bending process to ensure the quality of the bent parts.
• Quality control: Checking the bent parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality in accordance with the technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintenance and care: Performing regular maintenance work on the CNC machine to ensure its functionality.
• Documentation: Keeping production logs and documenting the work performed.

requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in working with CNC-controlled bending machines.
• Good knowledge of metalworking and reading technical drawings.
• Careful and precise working methods.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts.
