Tasks
- Manufacture of high-precision parts on CNC turning and milling machines according to drawings and work plans
- Create programs and clamping plans
- Selecting the right tools and clamping devices
- Monitoring of production and quality control of machined components
- Document order data
- Performing care and maintenance work on the machines
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, tool mechanic, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in CNC machining
- Safe handling of CNC machines and controls
- Programming skills relating to Heidenhain, Fagor, and Siemens controls
- Quality awareness and accuracy at work
- Good communication skills
