Tasks
- Maintenance, inspection and repair of technical systems in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation
- Preparation of maintenance and inspection documentation and recording and processing of defects
- Commissioning of new systems
- Assembly and installation work for new builds and conversions
- Carrying out minor repairs and emergency service assignments
requirements
- Completed training as a HVAC system mechanic, gas/water fitter, heating and ventilation engineer or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary systems
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Class B driver's license
- Flexibility for emergency and breakdown services as well as regional customer assignments
