Tasks
- Processing customer orders from order entry to delivery
- Creation and maintenance of order documents, such as delivery notes and invoices
- Coordination of product availability and communication with warehouse and logistics
- Tracking and monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery
- Communication with internal departments (e.g., sales, warehouse, production) for order processing
- Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and professionally
- Data maintenance in the ERP system and regular evaluations of order data
- Preparing quotations and advising customers on products and delivery times
requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in order processing or a similar field is an advantage
- Experience in working with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good written and spoken German
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a structured approach to work
- Customer-oriented thinking and quick comprehension
- Flexibility and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
