Tasks

• Performing a wide range of manual tasks in various areas, such as [e.g., repairs, renovations, installations, furniture assembly, drywall installation]
• Independent handling of projects and tasks, depending on the needs of the department
• Maintenance and servicing of machines, systems, and equipment
• Support for renovations, new buildings, and workplace setup
• Minor electrical, painting, and installation work as needed
• Assembly and disassembly of furniture and equipment
• Collaboration with various departments and external service providers
• Carrying out repairs and improvements within the company
• Support in planning and organizing material requirements and tools
• Compliance with safety and hygiene standards on construction sites and in operations

requirements

• Completed vocational training (e.g., as a carpenter, electrician, painter, mechanic, or a comparable qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in one or more skilled trades
• Versatility and willingness to work in different areas
• Independent and careful way of working
• Problem-solving oriented thinking and the ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Good written and spoken German
• Physical resilience and ability to work in a team
• Class B driver's license is an advantage for working outside the company
