Tasks

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production machines and systems
• Ensuring smooth production processes and compliance with production specifications
• Performing machine setups, adjustments, and conversions according to specifications and production orders
• Monitoring product quality during the production process and performing random checks
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting in the event of machine malfunctions, as well as independently carrying out minor repairs
• Documentation of production data, machine parameters, and quality controls
• Compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the production area
• Optimization of machine and production processes to increase efficiency
• Support with the maintenance and care of machines and systems
• Collaboration with other departments, such as quality assurance and logistics, to ensure a smooth production process

requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., industrial mechanic, machine and plant operator, or comparable)
• Experience in operating machines and production equipment, ideally in an industrial environment
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work shifts or in a 3-shift operation
• High level of initiative and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Willingness to engage in continuous training and process optimization
• Good written and spoken German
