Tasks
- Supporting the team in the daily organization and management of work processes
- Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and business trips
- Preparation and creation of presentations, reports, and evaluations
- Processing incoming correspondence (email, mail, telephone)
- Creation and maintenance of documents, minutes, and reports
- Taking on general administrative tasks, such as office organization and material procurement
- Contact person for internal and external communication, including with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Participation in the preparation of budget and cost analyses
- Supporting the team in preparing projects and presentations
- Ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an office management assistant or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in an administrative or commercial assistant position is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Flexibility, resilience, and a high degree of organizational talent
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
