Tasks

• Operation of machines and equipment in metal production (e.g., milling, turning, welding)
• Assembly and installation of metal components and assemblies
• Monitoring of the production process and compliance with quality standards
• Performing quality checks and final acceptance of the manufactured parts
• Cleaning and maintenance of machines and workstations
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and occupational health and safety rules
• Packaging and preparation of finished products for shipping
• Remuneration depending on qualifications

requirements

• Ideally, initial experience in metalworking or a similar technical field
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of working with machines and equipment in metal production is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to work shifts (including early, late, and night shifts)
• Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
