Job description

We are looking for full-time or part-time educators (m/f/d) for a well-known customer in the Großkrotzenburg area.

Tasks

• Holistic support: Supporting children (aged 2-7) in their cognitive, motor, linguistic, and social development.
• Learning support: Assistance with homework and playful learning.
• Planning & implementation: Designing child-friendly projects and activities in accordance with the Hessian education and training plan.
• Documentation & reflection: Ensuring and continuously developing educational work through planning, observation, and documentation.
• Teamwork and parental involvement: Collaboration within the team and close cooperation with parents as partners in education and upbringing.

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or similar
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned field
