Tasks

• Eigenständige Erarbeitung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS/US-GAAP
• Support in creating the monthly financial reporting package in OneStream
• Preparation of advance sales tax returns and assistance with the preparation of annual tax returns
• Monthly monitoring, preparation, and clarification of balance sheet account reconciliations for the companies under management
• External and internal contact person for processes and accounting for all business transactions in the general ledger area
• Collaboration with the Shared Service Center in the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for an important accounting process
• Projects for implementing systems, process improvements, etc.

requirements

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare kaufmännische
• Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter / Internationaler Buchhalter
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Very good accounting skills in accordance with IFRS, in accordance with HGB desirable
• Kenntnisse der Hauptbuchhaltung wünschenswert
• Confident use of IT systems (MS Office), knowledge of JD Edwards an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikation und Engagement
• Hohe Expertise im Rechnungswesen/der Buchhaltung
