Tasks
- Setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC machines
- Einrichten und Rüsten von Drehautomaten verschiedenster Technologien
- Probeteilfertigung und Optimierung von Bearbeitungsläufen
- Durchführen von Werkzeugwechsel
- Durchführen von SPC-Prüfungen nach Prüfplan
- Maschinenablauf überwachen und bei Bedarf eingreifen
- Wartungsintervalle überwachen, vorgegebene tägliche Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten ausführen
requirements
- Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in operating and setting up CNC lathes or milling machines
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Quality-conscious, precise, and independent way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
