Tasks

• Procurement of raw materials and packaging within the framework of existing supplier contracts
• Execution of orders and monitoring of order confirmations
• Coordination of delivery dates and monitoring of storage in the warehouse at the Apolda site
• Objective review as a logistics dispatcher (m/f/d) of incoming invoices and account assignment
• Monitoring the best-before dates of raw and finished goods and the FIFO principle in the raw materials area

requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on logistics planning (m/f/d) and/or initial professional experience in these areas, ideally in the food industry
• German language spoken and written (C1)
• Organizational skills and negotiating skills with internal and external customers, especially suppliers
• Confident use of all MS Office programs, SAP knowledge desirable
• Own car recommended for reaching the workplace in Apolda
