Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a CNC milling machine operator (m/f/d) for day shifts to start as soon as possible for a metalworking company in Hasselroth.

Tasks

• Setting up, equipping, and operating multi-axis CNC milling machines and machining centers (e.g., 3-axis/5-axis).
• Manufacture of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings with maximum dimensional accuracy
• Timely and quality-conscious processing of production orders
• Programming and setup of milling centers with Siemens controls and CAD/CAM systems (GibbsCam)
• Operation and programming of robot controllers for the automation of machine processes
• Maintenance and care of machines, devices, and work equipment
• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and manufactured parts.

requirements

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, ideally as a machining mechanic
• Several years of professional experience as a CNC milling machine operator (m/f/d), preferably with Siemens control systems
• Experience in programming with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., GibbsCam) is an advantage
• High quality awareness, meticulous working methods, and technical understanding
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and independent work
