Im Auftrag eines namhaften Kunden aus der Region Regensburg suchen wir genau Dich als Fahrkartenkontrolleur (m/w/d) für die Fahrscheinprüfung im öffentlichen Nahverkehr in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Tasks

• Carrying out ticket and pass checks
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the conditions of carriage
• Active passenger service including information on traffic conditions, fares, and locations within Regensburg
• Assistance for passengers

requirements

• Very good written and spoken German (at least B1)
• Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Professional experience in customer service or as a ticket inspector is an advantage; career changers are welcome
• Willingness to work shifts (also night shift and weekends)
• Police clearance certificate without entry
