Tasks

• Maintenance of building services equipment
• Contact for customers
• Carrying out maintenance, inspections and servicing work
• Troubleshooting, fault rectification and repair
• Safety and functional testing
• Monitoring and controlling the services of external companies
• Preparation of documentation and reports, transfer to IT systems if necessary, as well as updating technical documentation for systems

requirements

• Completed training as a HVAC technician (m/f/d), gas and water installer (m/f/d), or central heating and ventilation engineer (m/f/d)
• Willingness to participate in on-call/emergency services
• Class B driver's license
• Confident use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• good knowledge of German
