Tasks

• Selection and provision of work equipment 
• Manufacture and independently test the first part 
• Processing complex components 
• Equipping the system 
• Einstellen von CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen und Anlagen, d.h. Fertigungsfähigkeit der 
• Maschinen herstellen unter Berücksichtigung bzw. Einstellung der notwendigen Werkzeuge und Prozessparameter (Schnittwerte) nach Tabellen und Zeichnungen 
• Work according to production and test plan 
• Reading technical drawings 
• Checking the order-related documents 
• Independent set-up of the machine 
• Carrying out maintenance and minor servicing work (checklists) 
• Machine type: Trumpf 5000 and 7000 series 

requirements

•  Ausbildung zum Metallfacharbeiter, vergleichbare Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in diesem Bereich 
• Experience in pressing/edging/straightening 
• CNC skills 
• Willingness to work shifts 
• Physical resilience
