Tasks
- Repairs and installations on modern lift systems and waste collection vehicles using technical skills.
- Ensuring the full performance of all products through precise and expert maintenance work.
- Inspire customers with vivid product demonstrations and training sessions for a compelling user experience.
- Maintaining personal and telephone contact with customers to ensure first-class service and actively support spare parts sales.
- Use of PC skills for the online shop and for efficient warehouse management, including inventory.
requirements
- Completed training as an automotive mechanic, machine fitter, steel construction fitter, industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer (industry or commercial vehicles), or construction or agricultural machinery mechanic as an ideal basis for the varied tasks.
- Mobility and openness to field work with occasional overnight stays thanks to a Class B driver's license, ideally supplemented by a Class C license.
- Experience in fault detection and analysis as well as sound repair knowledge, ideally including welding practice.
- Confidently overcoming technical challenges through knowledge of electronics and hydraulics.
- Active participation in the workshop community and contribution to a positive working atmosphere through team-oriented working methods.
- Motivation, reliability, independent working, and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development are key characteristics.
