We are looking for you asa machine and plant operator (m/f/d) – specializing in machining – for our customer in the toolmaking industry in Frankfurt am Main, for long-term employment with the possibility of permanent employment!

Tasks

• Selbstständige Fertigung von Teilen nach technischen Zeichnungen im Rahmen vorgegebener Programme
• Operating CNC milling machines or CNC lathes
• Monitoring the production steps
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process
• Laufende Teilekontrolle im Fertigungsprozess, Dokumentation von Prozessdaten
• Management of tools (replacement, etc.)
• Störungsbeseitigung, Reinigung, Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen

requirements

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanungsmechanik oder alternativ Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer
• Maschinen- und Steuerungskenntnisse (Siemens 840D) sind von Vorteil
• Proficient use of measuring and testing equipment
• Independent and quality-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
