Tasks

• Telephone support for customers and answering inquiries
• Coordination and organization of incoming customer inquiries
• Close cooperation and coordination with the scheduling department
• Communication and correspondence with employees and authorities
• Operating the scales including the creation of delivery and weighing bills
• Settlement of customer deliveries at the cash desk

requirements

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
• First professional experience an advantage
• Knowledge of the recycling industry desirable
