Tasks

• Termingerechte Wartungs- und Reparatur Arbeiten, sowie Aufstellen und Montage von Zentrifugen (100kg – 3.000kg)
• Determination of investment requirements during service calls
• Independent and autonomous decision-making regarding planning for upcoming inspections or replacement of spare parts at the customer's site. Prevention of downtime due to delayed replacement of wear parts.
• Planning operations in close cooperation with the purchasing department and equipping the emergency vehicle with the necessary materials 
• Area of activity: generally in German-speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and neighboring countries such as France and Poland
• Service assignments from Monday to Thursday from the front door, Friday assignment planning and material procurement on site

requirements

• Completed technical training in the field of mechanics as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, machining mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Career starters who are eager to learn are also welcome.
• Experience in technical field service and its documentation
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and a forklift license are advantageous, but can be acquired on site.
• Class B driver's license
• Very good written and spoken German, as well as basic knowledge of English
• Strong affinity for field work and desire to work very independently
• Ability to systematically analyze and address technical questions and problems
• Ambition to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction through good work and a friendly manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
