We are looking for a site manager with personnel responsibility for our client as part of a direct placement.

The services offered include the work of electricians and fitters in the fields of plant automation, construction management, industrial assembly, electrical design, switch cabinet construction, software development, and many other specialist areas.

Tasks

Operational support

• Implementation of the site manager's daily checklist
• Coordination and task allocation for subcontractors
• Monitoring and documentation of work progress
• Support with daily reports and construction site documentation (e.g., construction log, photos, checklists)
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Controlling, ensuring tasks are completed during shift changes
   

Quality and process assurance

• Review of specifications, assembly instructions, implementation of plans and specifications
• Recording and reporting of deviations, defects, or malfunctions, including proposed solutions
• On-site inspection of supplier and subcontractor services

Digitization/Reporting

• Documentation and progress monitoring (e.g., construction log)
• Processing of delivery documents and forms

requirements

• Completed vocational training in the field of mechanics or electrical engineering/electronics (completed or recognized in Germany)
• Residence in Germany, ideally in the Salzgitter area!
• Driver's license is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German language skills
• Knowledge of personnel management
