Tasks

• You coordinate our vehicles and containers and commission charter companies in Europe-wide intermodal transport
• You take care of the processing and monitoring of orders, process complaints and prepare invoices
• Direct communication with our drivers (m/f/d), contractors (m/f/d) and service providers (m/f/d) is also part of your activities
• You also create and edit transport documents

requirements

• Completed training as, for example, a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Experience in the field of transport and logistics as a dispatcher (m/f/d) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications desirable
• Very good language skills in German and English due to communication with the drivers (m/f/d)
