Tasks

• You will independently carry out inspections, maintenance, and testing on building services equipment (e.g., heating, air conditioning,
• Ventilation, sanitation)
• In the event of malfunctions, you are quickly on the spot and provide a customer-oriented solution
• You proactively tackle minor repairs and maintenance work
• You accompany and support our customers with technical processes during ongoing operations
• You document your work reliably and digitally via mobile devices - e.g. in maintenance logs

requirements

• Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), gas/water installer (m/f/d), plumber (m/f/d) or
• Heating engineer (m/f/d), ideally also with a master craftsman's certificate (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in customer service or as a service technician (m/f/d) desirable
• Possession of a class B driving license for daily commuting
• Good written and spoken German, especially for communication with customers
