Tasks

• Manufacture, assembly, and repair of metal structures
• Welding and machining components according to drawings
• Inspection and control of components for dimensional accuracy and quality
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Schweißen von Metallkonstruktionen mit dem MAG-Verfahren inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung
• Heften von Metallbauteilen als Vorbereitung für das Schweißen (punktuelles Fixieren der Teile in der korrekten Position)
• Zuschneiden, Bohren, Entgraten und Umformen von Blechen nach technischen Zeichnungen
• Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Laser- und Abkantmaschinen zur Herstellung passgenauer Blechteile
• Montage von Pritschen- und Kofferaufbauten an Nutzfahrzeugen nach Zeichnung

requirements

• Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker, or comparable qualification
• Experience in metalworking, particularly in welding and cutting CNC parts
• Technical understanding and good knowledge of the use of hand and power tools
• Independent and precise way of working
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
