Tasks

• Set up and adjust CNC-controlled cutting machine according to plan
• Carry out tool change
• Set cutting values and tools according to tables or setting plan
• Produce sample part, have it approved if necessary
• Correct setting data and cutting values
• Insert workpiece into machine, clamp and align
• Monitor machine operation
• Check parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness
• Document rework and rejects
• Perform maintenance/cleaning work according to plans

requirements

• A 2-year specialist training course is required
• Experience in handling common measuring equipment
• Ability to work in a team, independent and responsible work as well as reliability and flexibility
• Work in a 3-shift system required
