Tasks
- Organization and handling of national and international shipping
- Preparation of shipping, freight and customs documents
- Booking and maintenance of shipping and goods advertisements in SAP
- Coordination and consultation with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal interfaces
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery
- Checking shipping documents and compliance with legal and internal requirements
requirements
- Completed commercial or logistics training (e.g., as a freight forwarding agent)
- Professional experience in shipping/logistics/dispatching is an advantage
- Confident use of SAP
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Knowledge of English an advantage
