Tasks

• Comprehensive, needs-based consultations
• Development of customized financing solutions
• Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
• Use of various channels for addressing and maintaining customer relationships
• Inspiring existing and new customers with consulting expertise and service

requirements

• Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or commercial training with further training in banking
• Experience as a bank advisor
• High affinity for digital consulting formats, telephone consulting, and online communication
• Confident use of common software solutions / good analytical skills
• Strong customer focus, empathy, and excellent communication skills
