requirements
- Degree in special education (HEP), therapeutic education, inclusive education, or comparable qualification
- Experience in early childhood education is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inclusive education
- Empathy, patience, and reliability
- Loving interaction with the children, respectful interaction with everyone m/f/d
