Tasks

• Maintenance and servicing work on technical building systems
•  Localize and rectify faults
•  Carry out repairs independently
•  Ensuring trouble-free operation of the systems to be supervised
•  Optimization of systems as required

requirements

• Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, heating engineer (m/f/d), gas and water fitter (m/f/d) or comparable training
• First professional experience in air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Specialist knowledge of building services engineering or technical building management
• Knowledge of building systems and building control technology is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Staggered working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on-call duty 
• Driving license class B
