Tasks

• Creation and processing of quotations, orders, and purchase orders
• Monitoring and control of merchandise management and logistics processes
• Participation in the planning and implementation of projects
• Supporting the finance department with invoicing and auditing
• Preparation of reports and evaluations for management

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of materials management, sales, and accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Independent, structured approach to work and strong aptitude for numbers
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and organizational skills
