• Independent setup and programming of CNC lathes
• Establishing the process capability of the parts on the machines
• CTX Beta 800 with Heidenhain control system
• CTX Beta 2000 mit Siemens Steuerung 840D Celos; CTX
• Beta 1250 TC with Siemens control system
• EMCO Maxturn 110 Siemens 840D Shopturn
• Biglia machines with FANUC control systems

requirements

• Machining mechanic or CNC turning specialist
• Experience in setting up and programming lathes
• Ability to work in a team and independently and meticulously in a 3-shift system
• spatial awareness / mathematical understanding
