Tasks

• Creation and dispatch of invoices to customers
• Monitoring and posting incoming payments
• Preparation and execution of regular payment runs
• Account reconciliation and monitoring
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in preparing financial reports
• Cooperation with tax advisors and auditors

requirements

• Completed commercial training with a focus on financial accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV, SAP)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
