Job description

We are looking for a bodywork technician with a focus on classic car restoration for private individuals or museums (no new cars!). This is a direct placement!

Tasks

• Restoration and repair of historic vehicle bodies
• Manufacture of spare parts
• repair of damage
• Adjustment/restoration of car bodies to their original condition
• Restoration of add-on parts
• You will be working with sheet metal, plastic, and aluminum parts.
• Aligning and shaping car bodies
• Documentation of the restoration process
• perform all work to the highest quality standards
• Close cooperation with painters, upholsterers, and mechanics

requirements

• Completed training as a body builder (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of automotive engineering
• Experience in the repair and installation of vehicle bodies
• Craftsmanship and precise work
• Good knowledge of welding, aligning and shaping car bodies
• Good knowledge of German (A2)
• A personal car and driver's license are mandatory.
