Tasks

• Processing customer inquiries (online, by telephone, in person)
• Ordering, acceptance and dispatch of goods
• Shelf maintenance, promotion and product presentation
• Processing complaints and returns
• Expansion consulting for our own brands in the DIY sector after thorough training

requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Ideally first experience in the camping industry
• Great interest in mobile leisure
• Strong technical understanding
• Good knowledge of German
• Service orientation and a quick grasp of things
• Team spirit, commitment and resilience
• Confident knowledge of the MS Office package
