Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities for concrete production and processing (e.g., mixing, vibrating, pressing)
• Preparation and loading of molds or production stations
• Participation in the manufacture of precast concrete elements, including concreting, formwork removal, and, if necessary, finishing of the products (e.g., deburring, smoothing)
• Perform quality checks and document deviations
• Transport and provision of components within production or to the storage area
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in the production area

requirements

• Experience or training in the production sector, ideally with a focus on manual or technical skills (e.g., precast concrete worker, plant operator, production assistant)
• Reliability, diligence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts (e.g., early and late shifts)
• Good technical understanding and the ability to monitor machine processes according to instructions
• Written and spoken German
• Availability for seasonal work (overtime)
