Tasks

• Operating and monitoring high-precision machines and systems in a cleanroom environment
• Production of high-quality lighting components according to production specifications
• Ensuring quality standards through continuous process control and documentation
• Participation in the optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and product quality

requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade
• First experience in production is an advantage, but not a requirement
• High degree of team spirit, commitment and reliability
• Willingness to work in shifts (e.g. early/late/night shift)
• Technical interest and the motivation to familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
