Job description

We are looking for a committed plant security specialist (m/f/d) for our site in Schwarzheide to start as soon as possible. In this responsible position, you will be the face of our site and ensure safety and order throughout the entire plant premises.

Tasks

• Access control: Carrying out entry and exit checks on vehicles and persons in accordance with company guidelines.
• Hazard prevention: Taking safety measures in the event of damage while complying with the information and decision-making cascade.
• Surveillance: Carrying out control activities such as building inspections, locking up, etc.
• Documentation: Record and document all irregularities in consultation with the supervisor on duty.
• Internal cooperation: Ensuring cooperation with the plant fire department in the event of incidents at the plant.
• Logistics support: Supporting the transport management/processing unit in operational tasks.

requirements

• Qualification: Completed training as a certified plant security specialist or comparable training (e.g., protection and security specialist).
• Availability: Willingness to work full-time shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Competence: Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and a confident manner.
• Communication: Good written and spoken German skills for accurate documentation and coordination.
