Tasks

• Führung und Motivierung der Linienmeister (m/w/d) von fünf Produktionslinien, Schwerpunktbetreuung ist Anfahren, Umstellen und Abfahren der Produktionslinien
• Ensuring the production process with regard to occupational safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery
• Active cooperation with related departments, consistent implementation of performance and consumption indicators
• Active support for the organization and management of internal projects and strategic planning
• Berichterstattung an die Betriebsleitung

requirements

• abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Lebensmitteltechnologie, alternativ eine gewerblich-technische Ausbildung entweder mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung in der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder entsprechende langjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) – Food im Aufgabengebiet
• In addition, at least two years of professional experience and knowledge in the food industry
• Willingness to work shifts (24/7) 
• Professional handling of key figures and Microsoft Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident written and spoken German (C1), own car required to reach the place of work in Apolda
